SAP Business One Sales

With the SAP Business One Sales mobile application, you can work with the Activities feature, view business content, manage your customer data, track sales opportunities, and do much more.

Basic functions:

● Activities - View, add, edit, close, and follow up on the activities of the user who is currently signed in to the mobile app
● Customers - Access and manage customer information, including addresses, phone numbers, and contact information; review of historical activities and special prices; creation of new clients and new activities;
● Data - Track stock levels and access detailed information about your products, including sales price, quantity available, product specifications, and photos
● Sales Documents - Create, view, update, and search for sales and sales orders. In addition, you can create, update, view, and close sales document-related activities
● Sales Opportunities - Create, view, and search for sales opportunities; View, add and edit sales milestones
● KPIs and dashboards - View predefined KPIs and dashboards (sales analysis and recommendations) in normal and full screen
● Applications - View, download, and upload attachments (photos) to customers, items, activities, sales opportunities, and sales documents.

The SAP Business One Sales mobile application is only applicable to SAP Business One, SAP HANA version only

SAP Business One Service

With the SAP Business One Service mobile app, maintenance technicians who provide on-site services to customers can easily and efficiently view and authorize assigned service tickets. SAP Business One Service allows you to perform the following actions over Wi-Fi or cellular networks:
● View and filter your business tickets and sync them with your calendar
● Allow service requests, edit, close, share, and print service tickets

○ Scan barcodes or QR codes to identify items as needed and update your information

○ Use Preferred Options to check inbound and outbound, call customers, take photos, and view product service history

○ Use Quick Actions to manage sales orders that are related to a service to which your current service request belongs, add job request resolutions, view service contracts for items, view service call attachments, and add photos for service tickets for service calls
● View Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) In addition, SAP Business One Service allows you to work offline. If you do not have Internet access at work, you can download the latest service ticket data in advance, allow downloaded service tickets offline, and upload edited service tickets when you are online again.
*note
When you are offline, you will not be able to perform all actions that require an internet connection. You will be charged by your operator if you make phone calls or send or receive data over a cellular network with your mobile device. Contact your carrier for information about your service plan and fees.

With SAP Business One mobile app for iOS, you can process approval requests, view reports and business content, manage business partner data, track sales opportunities, and more. Key features:
● Sales Catalog (iPad only) - View, search, compare, and create a sales quote or sales order on the go using a visual and eye-catching display layout
● Activities - View, add, edit, close, and create follow-up activities for the current logged on user
● Approvals and alerts - Receive alerts for specific events - such as deviations from approved discounts, prices, credit limits, approved or rejected documents, or gross profits - and review approval requests pending immediate action. Read the contents, including the draft documents, before making a decision.
● Business partners - Access and manage business partner information, including addresses, phone numbers, and contact information; review of historical activities and special prices; creation of new business partners and new activities; connect or find partners. In addition, you can synchronize contact phone numbers, e-mail, and other details with the Contacts application on your device.
● Data - Track stock levels and access detailed information about your products, including sales price, quantity available, product specifications, and photos
● Sales documents (sales quote, sales order and delivery) - Create, view, update and search sales offers and sales orders and submit for approval sales projects and sales orders. In addition, you can create, update, view and close sales document activities, as well as view deliveries
● Sales Opportunities - Create, view, and search for sales opportunities; View, add and edit sales milestones
● Service contract and service call - View and edit service contracts; processing and closing service calls, creating and reviewing solutions and searching for relevant service calls from service contracts or customer equipment cards
● Reports - See the built-in reports created with SAP Crystal Reports software, a version of the SAP Business One application, presenting key information about your business. You can add custom reports and share them easily.
● Dashboards - View pre-defined dashboards (sales analysis, cash flow and purchase offers) in normal and full screen and share them via email
● Online Help - Displays either standard or customer-specific help
● Applications - View, download, and upload attachments (photos) to customers, items, activities, sales opportunities, and sales documents.
* Requirements for mobile devices: use iPhone or iPad with iOS updated to iOS 7.0 and later. The SAP Business One 1.11.x mobile application for iOS is not supported by lower versions of iOS. The tablet only works on iOS.
